This project represents a contemporary approach to Residential Complex Facade Design, tailored to the modern urban character of Jeddah. The facade highlights strong architectural massing through sharp geometric forms and carefully integrated lighting.

Design Concept

The design concept focuses on clear projections and sharp edges that define the building’s identity. Therefore, the facade relies on clean lines and bold geometry rather than excessive ornamentation. As a result, the complex achieves a modern and confident architectural presence.

Materials Used

Composite panels were combined with high-quality exterior paints to ensure durability and long-term performance. In addition, these materials provide flexibility in design while maintaining a clean and elegant exterior appearance suitable for residential developments.

Architectural Lighting

Hidden lighting was integrated within the geometric projections to emphasize depth and structure. Moreover, this lighting strategy enhances the facade at night without overpowering the architectural form, creating a balanced and refined visual effect.
