This sushi restaurant interior design in Istanbul, located in Başakşehir, presents a bold industrial concept carefully balanced with the calm and refined atmosphere associated with sushi dining. The interior design was developed to deliver a modern yet comfortable experience within a 100 sqm space, focusing on strong visual identity and spatial harmony.

Grey wall tones form the base palette, complemented by metal decorative elements that reinforce the industrial character. At the entrance, a landscaped green wall creates an immediate visual impact, softening the industrial materials and introducing a natural contrast.
A wall-mounted aquarium was integrated as a distinctive design feature, adding movement, tranquility, and a subtle reference to the marine origins of sushi cuisine.

Burgundy-colored seating was selected to introduce warmth and elegance, standing out against the neutral and industrial backdrop. The open ceiling concept exposes mechanical systems, with ventilation ducts and air outlets artistically arranged and finished in dark burgundy tones to maintain visual continuity.
